The Appliance-Ready is the right choice if you already own an outdoor grill you love and do not want to replace it, or if you have a strong preference for a specific brand or cooking style that is not covered by a standard built-in grill. It gives you the full Range kitchen structure, covered roof, engineered stone countertops, outdoor refrigerator, sink, bar seating, and storage, built around whatever cooking setup works best for you. If you prefer everything included and ready to cook from day one, the Langston with built-in grill and pizza oven covers that.
Can I assemble the Langston Appliance-Ready myself, or do I need a contractor?
The Langston Appliance-Ready is designed to be assembled without a contractor. Every component arrives pre-fabricated, pre-drilled, and powder-coated, and the BILT app provides 3D interactive instructions that walk you through the process step by step. Most customers complete the structure and utility assembly with a helper over a weekend. Appliance installation will depend on what cooking equipment you choose and may require a gas line connection, which some customers prefer to have handled by a licensed plumber or contractor.
Will I need a permit to install the Langston Appliance-Ready?
