What makes the U-shape layout different from other outdoor kitchen layouts?
A U-shape kitchen wraps on three sides, creating a natural working triangle between the grill, prep surface, and refrigeration. Everything stays within easy reach without moving across a long run of counter. The open side of the U faces outward, which creates a natural gathering space where guests can pull up and be part of the cooking experience without stepping into the workspace. The Edgemont Bay takes that further with dedicated bar seating built directly into the structure, giving you a complete cooking and entertaining setup in a single system.
What fuel type does the Edgemont Bay use, and can I convert to natural gas?
The grill and pizza oven both run on propane out of the box. A free natural gas conversion kit is included with your kitchen. Both appliances support either fuel type, so you can connect to whichever setup works best for your space.

The Edgemont Bay includes built-in bar seating for four, integrated directly into the engineered stone bar surface. The bar seating faces inward so guests have a clear view of the cooking area without being in the workspace.
How does the Edgemont Bay ship, and what should I expect on delivery day?
The Edgemont Bay ships in 14 boxes via our own freight carrier, with delivery scheduled by appointment. Total shipment weight is approximately 2635 lbs, so freight delivery includes a liftgate service to bring boxes to ground level. Boxes are clearly labeled and sized to move through standard residential access points. We recommend completing a full inventory check against the packing list before beginning assembly. If anything is missing or damaged in transit, our customer service team is available seven days a week at 833-689-8428.
