What to know about
Free Assembly.

Everything we get asked about free assembly, in one place. Reach our team at 833-689-8428 or chat live for anything else.

  • Our professional assembly team will efficiently and carefully assemble your purchase so you can spend less time building and more time enjoying your new backyard oasis. We will fully build out your order and permanently anchor it using our provided hardware.

What's not included... Site preparation (such as leveling the ground or pouring a concrete pad) is not included in our Assembly service. Additionally, our teams do not handle any electrical, plumbing, or natural gas connections as this requires a licensed professional in your city.

  • Assembly is a separate service scheduled for a different day than your delivery. Here is how the timeline works:

    1. Shipping & Delivery: Your order will leave our warehouse within 1–3 business days via our "Preferred Placement" delivery service, and is expected to arrive within 7–14 days from your initial order date. Our delivery specialists will place the boxed items in your preferred area (e.g., garage, driveway, or backyard) by appointment. You will be contacted via the phone number provided at checkout to schedule this; an adult must be present to sign for the delivery.

    2. Scheduling Assembly: Our local assembly team will contact you within 48 hours (or sooner) after your delivery is completed to schedule your separate assembly appointment.

  • To ensure our team can get straight to work, please review the following guidelines:

    • Site Readiness: Please ensure your desired location is clearly marked and all site prep (leveling, concrete pouring, etc.) is fully completed before our assembly team arrives.

    • Utilities: If you plan to run electrical, drainage, plumbing, or gas lines, we highly recommend having your preferred contractor do this before assembly. However, this is not required and can be added later.

    • Anchoring Safety Limits: While our teams use standard anchoring hardware, we reserve the right to decline anchor installation if we believe it poses a risk to your property. Examples include:

      • High-end stone tile surfaces (e.g., marble, granite) where drilling carries a high risk of cracking the material.

      • Situations where there is insufficient clearance (less than 4–6 inches) around the kitchen or structure supports, which makes concrete pad cracking likely.

  • If our team arrives and the site is not leveled, cleared, or ready for installation, we will need to reschedule your appointment. Please note that a rescheduling fee may apply.

  • Yes. An adult (18+) must be present at the start of the appointment to confirm the exact placement location, and at the end of the appointment to sign off on the completed assembly.
