What fuel type does the Langston use, and can I convert to natural gas?
The Langston's grill and pizza oven both run on propane out of the box. If you have a natural gas line, a free conversion kit is included with your kitchen at no additional cost. Both appliances support either fuel type, so you can cook the way your setup allows without compromise.
What brand are the grill and pizza oven?

Can I assemble the Langston myself, or do I need a contractor?
The Langston is designed to be assembled without a contractor. Every component arrives pre-fabricated, pre-drilled, and powder-coated, and the step-by-step BILT app provides 3D interactive instructions that walk you through the process visually. Most customers complete assembly with a helper over a weekend. If you prefer to bring in a professional, the system is equally straightforward for a contractor to install. The pre-engineered design removes the guesswork that typically drives up labor costs on custom builds.
Will I need a permit to install the Langston?
Permit requirements vary by city, county, and HOA, so we always recommend checking with your local municipality before installation. That said, the Langston's pre-engineered design makes the permitting process significantly more straightforward than a custom build. Every kitchen ships with complete documentation including structural specs, load ratings, and assembly instructions, which is exactly what most permit offices and HOAs require. There is no on-site construction, no open trenching, and no custom fabrication, which removes the most common friction points in the approval process. Plus, our team is available 7 days a week to answer questions if you need help.
How does the Langston ship, and what should I expect on delivery day?
The Langston ships in 12 boxes via our own freight carrier, with delivery scheduled by appointment to your address. Total shipment weight is approximately 2,085 lbs, so freight delivery includes a liftgate service to bring boxes to ground level. Boxes are clearly labeled and sized to move through standard residential access points. Once everything arrives, we recommend doing a full inventory check against the packing list before beginning assembly. If anything is missing or damaged in transit, our customer service team is available seven days a week at 833-689-8428 to make it right.
